我国未成年人网络空间法治化保护的突出问题体现在:未成年人网络空间法制体系尚不健全、网络空间立法科学性需要提升和网络空间相关重要法律制度欠缺。因此,应立足于体现未成年人的特殊性,在规范形式、目标指向、结构模式等方面完善相关立法。

The prominent problems of the legal protection of the minors’ cyberspace in China lie in the imperfection of the legal system of the minors’ cyberspace, the need to improve the scientific nature of cyberspace legislation and the lack of important legal systems related to cyberspace. Therefore, based on the embodiment of the particularity of minors, we should improve the relevant legislation in the form of norms, goal orientation, structural model and other aspects.
