碱熔阳离子树脂交换-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定土壤样品中硼锗锡碘钨 被引量:3

摘要 土壤样品经过碱熔后,采用732型阳离子树脂进行交换,电感耦合等离子体质谱法作为分析方法同时检测土壤样品中的硼锗锡碘钨元素含量。通过测试13个国家一级标准物质对方法的准确度和精密度进行考核,所有元素测试值与推荐值吻合,RSD值小于5%。方法检出限为硼0.75μg/g、锗0.02μg/g、锡0.24μg/g、碘0.06μg/g、钨0.39μg/g。选取其中两个标准物质GBW07403和GBW07405进行加标回收率测定得出在94.76%~106.85%之间,测定结果准确可靠、满足分析要求。 After alkali fusion and exchange with 732 type cation resin, the boron, germanium, tin, iodine and tungsten in soil samples are deter-mined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The accuracy and precision of the method are evaluated by testing13 national first-class reference materials, and all the test values of elements are in line with the recommended value;and the RSD value is less than5%. The detection limit of method for boron is 0.75μg/g, for germanium is 0.02μg/g, for tin is 0.24μg/g, for iodine is 0.06μg/g and for tungsten is0.39μg/g. Two of the certified reference materials(GBW07403 and GBW07405) are selected to determine the standard recovery rate which is from94.76% to 106.85%. The results of determination are accurate and reliable, and can meet the requirements of analysis.
