Determination of Permanganate Index with iFIA7 Automatic Flow Injection Analyzer

为了各类水质高锰酸盐指数的测定更精准、更便捷,研究了用i FIA7全自动流动注射分析仪测定水质的高锰酸盐指数。方法检出限为0.05mg/L,测定四个水质高锰酸盐指数标准样品,精密度RSD在2.5%~4.1%之间,相对误差RE在-2.5%~1.4%之间,方法检出限、准确度、精密度都优于经典方法。i FIA7全自动流动注射分析仪测定地下水中的高锰酸盐指数,测定范围宽,速度快,适用于大批量各类水质中高锰酸盐指数的测定。

In order to determine the permanganate index of various kinds of water more accurately and more conveniently, the iFIA7 automatic flow injection analyzer is adopted to determine the permanganate index of water. The permanganate indexes of four standard water samples are deter-mined, the detection limit of method is 0.05 mg/L, the precision RSD is between 2.5%~4.1%, and the relative error RE is between-2.5%~1.4%. These parameters are all superior to that of the classical method. The iFIA7 automatic flow injection analyzer is suitable for the massive determinations of permanganate index of various kinds of water with a wide determination range and fast speed.
