摘要
采用水和盐酸羟胺对粗氢氧化镍物料进行分步处理,先用水洗掉可溶性盐及游离碱后,再用盐酸羟胺浸出得到氢氧化镍相的滤液,最后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定滤液中镍的含量。讨论了盐酸羟胺对ICPOES法测定的影响,优化盐酸羟胺浸出条件。试验结果显示:物料粒径在130目时,采用50 g/L盐酸羟胺溶液作为浸出剂,常温下振荡浸出30 min,即可完全浸出物料中氢氧化镍相,采用ICP-OES法测定时,盐酸羟胺对测定没有干扰,方法具有良好的精密度。
In this study, the crude nickel hydroxide materials were treated step by step with water and ammonium hydroxide, the soluble salt and Free Alkali were washed off with water, and then the nickel hydroxide phase filtrate was obtained by leaching with ammonium hydroxide. Finally, the content of nickel in filtrate was determined by inductively coupled plasma ICP-OES. The influence of hydroxylammonium chloride on the determination of ICP-OES was discussed, and the hydroxylammonium chloride leaching conditions were optimized. The results show that the nickel hydroxide phase can be completely leached out with 50 g/L hydroxylammonium chloride solution at room temperature for 30 min when the particle size of the material is 130 mesh. The method presents good precision as a result.
