摘要
观察次氯酸消毒剂在低温下的消毒效果,并比较次氯酸低温消毒液与次氯酸常温消毒液在低温模拟现场条件下的消毒效果,为口岸冷链消毒工作提供依据。分别依据《低温消毒剂卫生安全评价技术要求》(国卫办监督函[2020]1062号)和《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版),采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对消毒剂进行低温实验室微生物杀灭试验、模拟现场试验。次氯酸低温消毒液原液在-5℃下,作用10 min,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值> 5.83、对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值> 5.81、对脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭对数值> 5.22。在相同浓度防冻剂和-5℃条件下,作用时间10 min,次氯酸低温消毒液原液模拟现场试验消毒合格,而次氯酸常温消毒液原液模拟现场试验消毒不合格。含有抗冻剂的次氯酸消毒液在-5℃条件下,性状与常温一致;不含抗冻剂的次氯酸消毒液在-5℃条件下结冰。低温条件下,次氯酸低温消毒液能有效杀灭微生物,其消毒效果优于次氯酸常温消毒液,为确保次氯酸消毒剂在低温条件下的消毒效果,需要大幅提高有效氯含量以及延长作用时间。
This paper observed the disinfection effect of hypochlorous acid disinfectant at low temperature and compared it with the disinfection effect at normal temperature under simulated field conditions, so as to provide the basis for port cold chain disinfection. In accordance with Technical Requirements for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Low-Temperature Disinfectant issued by the State Health Office in 2020 and Technical Standard For Disinfection issued by the Ministry of Health in 2002, the carrier quantitative sterilization test method was used to carry out low-temperature laboratory microbial killing test and simulated field test upon hypochlorous acid disinfectants. The low-temperature disinfectant stock solution was exposed to-5℃ for 10 min. The killing logarithmic value of Escherichia coli was > 5.83, the killing logarithmic value of Staphylococcus aureus > 5.81, and the killing logarithmic value of poliovirus was > 5.22. Under the same concentration of antifreeze and-5℃ for 10 minutes, the hypochlorous acid low-temperature disinfectant stock solution passed the simulated field disinfection test, while the hypochlorous acid normaltemperature disinfection solution failed. The hypochlorous acid disinfectant containing antifreeze at-5℃ had the same properties as at normal temperature, but the hypochlorous acid disinfectant without antifreeze freezed at-5℃. The test results showed that at low temperature, the killing effect of hypochlorous acid disinfectants on microorganisms would be reduced. To ensure the disinfection effect, it is necessary to increase the available chlorine content and prolong the action time to a great extent.
