离子色谱法同时测定化妆品中亚硝酸盐、苯甲酸和山梨酸的含量 被引量:4

Simultaneous Determination of Nitrite Benzoic Acid and Sorbic Acid in Cosmetics by Ion Chromatography

摘要 建立了离子色谱-电导检测器同时测定化妆品中亚硝酸盐、苯甲酸和山梨酸的方法。采用Ion Pac AS11分析柱和Ion Pac AG11保护柱,30 mmol/L NaOH淋洗液在1.0 mL/min的流速下进行等浓度洗脱,抑制性电导检测器检测。考察了不同的提取溶剂和分散剂的效果,对样品前处理条件进行了优化。结果表明:亚硝酸盐、苯甲酸和山梨酸在1~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均> 0.999。样品加标回收率在94.55%~107.11%之间,峰面积RSD在1.17%~3.19%之间。亚硝酸盐、苯甲酸和山梨酸的检出限分别为0.25 mg/kg、50 mg/kg和70 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.5 mg/kg、120 mg/kg和150 mg/kg。 A method to simultaneously determine nitrite, benzoic acid and sorbic acid in cosmetics by ion chromatography with conductivity detector was established. An IonPac AS11 analytical column and an IonPac AG11 guard column were applied, while 30 mmol/L sodium hydroxide aqueous solution was used as eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, following the determination with anion suppressor and electric conductivity detector. The effects of different extraction solvents and dispersants were investigated, and the pretreatment conditions were optimized. The results show that at the range of 1-10 mg/L, nitrite, benzoic acid and sorbic acid all have good linear relationship, with correlation coefficients above 0.999. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 94.55%-107.11%, while the relative standard deviation of the peak areas was between 1.17%-3.19%. The detection limits of nitrite, benzoic acid and sorbic acid were 0.25 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg and 70 mg/kg respectively, and the limits of quantification were 0.5 mg/kg, 120 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg.
