The Status Quo and Development Trend of Food Safety Inspection Technology

摘要 本文概述了我国现有食品检测技术及存在的主要问题,深入分析了行业发展趋势,以期为食品生产和检测部门提供借鉴。文章提出为满足人民对食品安全日益增长的需要,相关部门应及时完善食品安全检测标准,相关检测机构应及时更新检测设备,从而解决食品安全检测存在的问题;食品安全新型检测技术的开发和应用还需要依赖多学科和多技术的相互渗透融合、相互补充。 In this paper, the existing food testing technology and its main problems in China are summarized, and the development trend of the industry is deeply analyzed, in order to provide reference for food production and testing departments. At the same time, in order to meet the growing needs of people for food safety, the relevant departments should improve the food safety testing standards in time, and the relevant testing institutions should update the testing equipment in time, so as to solve the problems existing in food safety testing. In addition, the development and application of new food safety detection technologies need to rely on the mutual penetration andintegration of multiple disciplines and technologies, and complement each other.
