中国共产党始终把消除绝对贫困、增进民生福祉、推动社会发展、实现共同富裕摆在治国理政的重要位置。回溯历史,中国共产党的奋斗史也是一部减贫史,党的减贫实践经历了制度式减贫、救济式减贫、改革式扶贫、开发式扶贫、综合式扶贫、精准式扶贫六大阶段。中国共产党百年减贫史积累了弥足珍贵的经验,以党的领导统领减贫事业、以先进理念引领减贫工作、以科学方法推进减贫实践、以完善制度保障减贫活动。党的百年减贫实践已然取得历史性成就,展望未来,全面建成小康社会后减贫重心由"绝对贫困"转向"相对贫困"、减贫场域由"农村为主"转向"城乡融合"、减贫方式由"治理贫困"转向"防止返贫"、减贫靶向由"脱贫攻坚"转向"乡村振兴"。

The party’s poverty reduction practice has gone through six stages: institutional poverty reduction, relief poverty reduction, reform poverty alleviation, development poverty alleviation, comprehensive poverty alleviation, and targeted poverty alleviation. The Communist Party of China’s century-old history of poverty reduction has accumulated precious experience, leading the cause of poverty reduction under the leadership of the Party, leading poverty reduction with advanced concepts, promoting the practice of poverty reduction through scientific methods, and ensuring poverty reduction activities to improve systems. The party’s century of poverty reduction practice has made historic achievements, looking forward to the future, after building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the focus of poverty reduction has shifted from"absolute poverty"to"relative poverty", the field of poverty reduction has shifted from"rural-oriented"to"urban-rural integration", the method of poverty reduction has shifted from "poverty control" to "preventing poverty return", and the target of poverty reduction has shifted from "poverty alleviation" to "village revitalization."
