马鞍山市MSM艾滋病高危行为及安全套使用现况调查

Investigation on AIDS-related high risk behaviors and condom use of MSM in Ma’anshan City

目的了解马鞍山市男男性行为者(MSM)行为特征、安全套使用情况及其影响因素,为MSM人群艾滋病干预策略的制定提供参考依据。方法 2018年1—12月在马鞍山市通过网络和现场招募相结合的方法,招募调查对象,进行问卷调查。并对数据进行分析。结果共调查427人,其中99.3%曾与同性发生肛交性行为。首次发生同性肛交性行为最小年龄为12岁,最大年龄为68岁,大多集中在20<30岁。最近6个月发生同性间肛交性行为时坚持每次使用安全套的比例仅占25.9%。不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、月收入、最近6个月肛交男性性伴数、最近6个月曾与固定性伴发生性行为的MSM最近6个月同性间肛交时坚持使用安全套情况比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。最近6个月仅与固定性伴发生性行为是最近6个月发生同性间肛交性行为时坚持每次使用安全套的促进因素(OR=0.330,95%CI:0.190.575),最近6个月肛交男性性伴数越多是最近6个月发生同性间肛交性行为时不每次使用安全套的影响因素(OR=2.523,95%CI:1.3694.65)。结论马鞍山市MSM人群高危性行为较为普遍,安全套使用率较低。

Objective To investigate the behavioral characteristics,condom use and influencing factors of men who have sex with men(MSM) in Ma’anshan City,provide scientific basis for making intervention strategies of AIDS for MSM. Methods From January to December 2018,through the combination of network and on-site recruitment,the subjects in Ma’anshan City were recruited and investigated by questionnaire. And the data were analyzed. Results A total of 427 MSM were investigated,99.3% of the subjects had anal intercourse with the same sex. The minimum age of the first same-sex anal intercourse was 12 years old,the maximum age was 68 years old,most of them were concentrated in 20-<30 years old. Only 25.9% of them insisted on using condoms every time when they had anal sex in the last six months. There were statistically significant differences in the consistent use of condoms when anal intercourse in the last six months among MSM with different age,marital status,education level,monthly income,the number of male partners in anal sex in the last six months,and having sex with fixed partners in the last six months(all P<0.05).Only sexual behaviors with fixed partners in the last six months was a stimulus for the consistent use of condoms when anal intercourse in the last six months(OR=0.330,95%CI :0.19-0.575),and the more sexual partners in anal sex in the last six months was the influence factor for MSM do not use condom every time when anal intercourse in the last six months(OR=2.523,95%CI:1.369-4.65). Conclusion High-risk sexual behaviors are common and condom use rate is low in MSM population in Ma’anshan City.
