实习护生呼吸道传染性病毒知识、防护技能与职业态度的相关性研究

Correlation study on knowledge,protective skills and occupational attitudes of respiratory infectious virus among nursing interns

目的分析实习护生呼吸道传染性病毒知识、防护技能与职业态度的相关性。方法通过整群抽样法,于2020年3—4月采用呼吸道传染性病毒知识问卷、防护知识问卷以及护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)对湖南省长沙市2所三级甲等医院实习的809名护生进行调查。结果实习护生病毒知识总得分为74.65±10.41,防护技能总得分为53.36±8.05,职业态度总得分为88.62±3.42。不同性别、学历层次及专业看法的实习护生呼吸道传染性病毒知识、防护技能及职业态度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实习护生呼吸道传染性病毒知识、防护技能与职业态度均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论实习护生对呼吸道传染性病毒知识与防护技能掌握良好,职业态度较积极。应加强对男性、低学历层次及对护理专业抱消极态度的护生的职业教育。

Objective To investigate the correlation among knowledge,protective skills and occupational attitudes of respiratory infectious virus in nursing interns. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to collect 809 nursing students from two GradeA tertiary hospitals in Changsha City of Hunan Province from March to April in 2020,and they were investigated by the respiratory infectious virus knowledge questionnaire,professional protection knowledge questionnaire and Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument(PSCNI). Results The total score of virus knowledge in nursing interns was 74.65 ±10.41,the total score of protective skills was 53.36 ±8.05,and the total score of professional attitude was 88.62 ±3.42. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of knowledge,protective skills and occupational attitudes of respiratory infectious virus among nursing interns in different gender,educational level and professional view(all P<0.05). There were positive correlations among respiratory infectious virus knowledge,protection skills and occupational attitude in nursing interns(all P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing students have good knowledge of respiratory infectious virus and professional protective skills,and have a positive occupational attitude. It is necessary to strengthen the vocational education in nursing students who are male,low education level and negative attitude.
