疾控职业认同与健康相关行为相关性分析

Correlation between occupational identity and health related behaviors of disease control workers

目的分析疾病预防控制(疾控)人员职业认同与健康相关行为的相关性。方法 2019年10—11月,选取国家级疾控机构和全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)级及新疆建设兵团疾控机构≤40岁职工共计5 353人为调查对象,以网络问卷调查的形式,收集其对现有工作和岗位的认同度以及饮食和生活方式等内容。结果职业认同度评分为3.99±0.42,其中年龄在18<31岁、女性、研究生学历和高级职称的职工评分较高。相关性分析发现,职业认同评分与每日谷薯类摄入量、水果摄入量和蔬菜摄入量以及睡眠时间呈正相关(r=0.235、0.428、0.337、0.220,均P<0.01),与不吃早餐、外卖次数、含糖饮料摄入频次以及工作负情绪呈负相关(r=-0.550、-0.339、-0.298、-0.191,均P<0.01)。结论职业认同在健康相关行为方面起到一定的促进作用,应更加注重疾控人员的职业认同度和健康宣教工作。

Objective Analyze the correlation between occupational identity and health-related behaviors of Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) personnel. Methods From October to November in 2019,selected 5 353 employees under 40 years old in national CDC institutions,31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) and Xinjiang Construction Corps CDC institutions,using Internet questionnaire survey,collected their identification with the current jobs and positions,as well as their diet and lifestyle. Results The score of occupational identity was 3.99 ±0.42,among them,the subjects aged 18-<31,female,graduate education and senior professional title scored higher. Correlation analysis showed that occupational identity was positively correlated with daily intake of cereals and potatoes,fruits and vegetables,as well as sleep time(r=0.235,0.428,0.337,0.220,all P<0.01),and negatively correlated with no breakfast,take out times,sugar drinks intake frequency,and negative work emotion(r=-0.550,-0.339,-0.298,-0.191,all P<0.01). Conclusion Occupational identity plays a role in promoting health-related behaviors. More attention should be paid to the occupational identity and health education of CDC workers.
