扩大性自杀法医学分析1例

摘要 A某孕期因被好友诈骗巨额钱财而出现恶性自责与怨恨思绪,产后仍无法摆脱,酿造了杀子后自杀的惨案。孕产妇受压力事件影响易患母体抑郁症,而孕期遭受负性生活事件、贫穷、社会支持资源利用率低等为自杀的高危因素。
