摘要
目的:分析类风湿性关节炎并发肺间质纤维化采用中医辅助治疗的效果。方法:选择类风湿性关节炎并发肺间质纤维化患者94例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组各47例。对照组患者采用醋酸泼尼松片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用活血化瘀、补益脾肾方治疗。对比两组患者治疗后肺功能情况和红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白和类风湿因子水平以及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后的肺功能情况均优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的ESR、CRP和RF水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辅助治疗方式对类风湿性关节炎并发肺间质纤维化患者具有良好的治疗效果,能够显著改善患者的肺功能状况,降低患者的红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白和类风湿因子水平。
Objective Analyze the effect of Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment for rheumatoid arthritis complicated with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Ninety-four patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with prednisone acetate tablets.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were treated with Huoxue Huayu and Tonic Spleen and Kidney Recipe.The lung function,ESR,CRP and RF levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results The pulmonary function of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ESR,CRP and RF levels of patients in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment has a good therapeutic effect on patients with complicated cases,can significantly improve the patient's lung function,and reduce the patient's erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor levels.
