摘要
本文对医学叙事能力的概念、临床应用的价值、测评工具、培养方式进行综述,针对我国培养医护人员叙事能力的现状,从构建本土化的医学叙事教育课程体系与教育模式、跨专业团队合作构建叙事医学联盟、平衡工作效率与叙事效率三方面提出思考,旨在为我国培养更具“医学人文”精神的医护人员和建立和谐医患关系提供借鉴。
This paper reviewed the concept,clinical application value,assessment tools,and training methods of Narrative Competence in Medicine.In response to the current situation of Narrative Competence in Medicine of health care professional in China,we proposed reflections on the construction of a localized medical narrative education curriculum system and education model,inter-professional teamwork to build a narrative medicine alliance,and balancing work efficiency and narrative efficiency.The aim is to provide a reference for cultivating healthcare professionals with more medical humanistic spirit and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in China.
