中国共产党对社会信用的探索有着丰富的思想资源和深厚的理论根基,贯穿于革命、建设和改革的全过程,经历了孕育期、推进期、拓展期、深化期四个阶段。百年来,中国共产党在探索社会信用过程中始终坚持党的集中统一领导,将社会信用道德培育和社会信用制度建设结合起来,在立足本土实际基础上积极借鉴外来经验,坚持以人民为中心的价值立场,根据时代变化适时调整探索策略和探索重点,走出了一条具有中国特色、时代特点的社会信用建设之路。

The exploration of social credit of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has rich ideological resources and deep theoretical foundations,which runs through the whole process of revolution,construction,and reform,and goes through the stages of incubation,advancement,expansion and deepening.In the past century,the CPC has always adhered to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party in the exploration of social credit,combined the nurturing of social credit ethics with the construction of social credit system,and actively learned from foreign experience on the basis of domestic reality.In addition,it has adhered to the people-centered value position,timely adjusted the exploration strategies and the main focuses according to the changes of the times,and taken the road of social credit construction with Chinese characteristics and features of the times.
