Analysis of Demand and Supply of Dynamic Pledge System from the Perspective of Logistics Enterprises

在现有融资担保制度框架下,物流企业、银行、中小企业融资领域的需求存在制度供给不足的问题。动产动态质押作为一种新型融资担保模式,在满足上述主体的需求上具有一定的制度优势。文章在对制度需求与供给分析的基础上,提出完善动态质押规则的路径。

Under the framework of the existing financing guarantee system,there is a problem of insufficient system supply to meet the needs of logistics enterprises and other three-party financing fields.As a new financing guarantee model,dynamic pledge has certain institutional advantages in meeting the needs of the aforementioned entities.Based on the analysis of system demand and supply,this article proposes a path to improve the rules of dynamic pledge.
