绿色发展背景下外卖餐盒治理问题研究综述

A Review of the Research on Solving the Problem of Takeout Boxes Under the Background of Green Development

随着技术的进步,餐饮外卖方便快捷、品种多样,使得外卖产业发展迅速,但随之而来的餐盒垃圾也呈现爆发式增长,其中一次性塑料餐盒占比最高。传统的填埋法和焚烧法不仅会污染环境,也会造成资源浪费,所以如何更科学、更环保地解决餐盒垃圾,是现在外卖产业需重点关注的问题。经调查,对餐盒垃圾问题较为有效的处理方法可归结为三类:一是寻找可降解、环保的餐盒材料,减少环境污染;二是尽可能减少一次性餐盒的使用,对使用后的一次性餐盒进行回收再利用,三是使用由不锈钢、玻璃、陶瓷等制作的可循环餐盒,其难点在于回收模式的确定。在现有研究的基础上,未来可进一步从政策制定、替代材料的研发、回收系统的完善等角度展开研究。

With the progress of technology,because of the convenience and variety of food,the takeout industry has developed rapidly.However,the takeout box garbage also shows an explosive growth,in which disposable plastic takeout box accounts for the highest proportion.The traditional landfill and incineration methods will not only pollute the environment but also cause waste of resources,so how to solve the problem of takeout box garbage more scientifically and environmentally friendly is the focus of the takeout industry.According to the investigation,there are three more effective methods to solve the problem of takeout box garbage:one is to search for degradable and environmentally-friendly box materials to reduce environmental pollution;the second is to reduce the use of disposable takeout boxes as far as possible and recycle the disposable takeout boxes after use;the third is to use recyclable takeout boxes made of stainless steel,glass or ceramics,but the difficulty lies in the determination of recycling mode.On the basis of the existing research,the future research can be focused on policy-making,research and development of alternative materials,and improvement of recycling system.
