摘要
新时代对现代物流专业人才提出了新的要求,改革课程教学模式已势在必行。根据KAQ模型及立体化职业发展模式,提出三层多维的物流专业人才职业资历需求。在此基础上,文章科学分析《企业物流管理》课程的现状及存在的问题,提出混合式教学资源建设任务,包括MOOC课程、案例库、习题集、精品教材等。基于网络在线课程的混合式教学方法改革路径,即以案例为主线的教学方式,采用“翻转课堂”教学模式、运用微课程等技术手段。最后总结实施效果,并指出下一步努力方向。
The new era puts forward new requirements for modern logistics talents,so it is imperative to reform the curriculum teaching mode.According to the KAQ model and career development system,a three-tier and multi-dimensional professional qualification requirement for logistics professionals is proposed.After scientifically analyzing the status quo and existing problems of the course of“Enterprise Logistics Management”,this article puts forward the task of constructing mixed teaching resources,including MOOC courses,case libraries,exercise sets,and quality textbooks.The reform path of the hybrid teaching method is based on the network online course,namely case-based teaching,“flipped classroom”mode,micro-courses and other technical means.Finally,we summarize the results of the implementation and propose the direction of future research.
