摘要
以芋头皮为原材料,采用乙醇-氢氧化钠混合溶液改性芋头皮,制备改性芋头皮吸附剂。氢氧化钠耦合乙醇处理芋头皮后,能够破坏芋头皮中纤维素的致密结构,增加比表面积,对铜离子具有很好的吸附效果。在pH 4.5、改性芋头皮投加量0.4 g、铜离子初始质量浓度140 mg/L、吸附时间180 min、温度25℃条件下,去除率可达到83%,氢氧化钠耦合乙醇改性芋头皮对铜离子的吸附动力学反应符合二级动力学方程。
Modified taro peel adsorbent was prepared by treating taro peel with ethanol-sodium hydroxide mixed solution.It had large surface area and the dense structure of cellulose was destroyed after sodium hydroxide coupled with ethanol treatment,which had effective adsorption of copper ions.The results showed that the adsorption properties could reach a maximum under pH of 4.5,dosage of 0.4 g,the initial mass concentration of copper ion 140 mg/L,time of 180 min and temperature of 25℃.The removal efficiency was 83%.The adsorption isotherm could be described well with the Langmuir equation on taro peel modified by sodium hydroxide coupled ethanol.
