多元复配比例的植物油中相关脂肪酸的变化规律

摘要 为了探究多元复配比例植物油中脂肪酸含量的变化规律,以大豆油、花生油、芝麻油为原料,通过各植物油不同比例的变化,分别建立了四种相关脂肪酸的回归预测模型。结果表明:(1)棕榈酸、油酸含量随着花生油比例的降低而逐渐下降,硬脂酸、亚油酸含量逐渐增加;(2)以脂肪酸为Y,以大豆油含量为X_(1),花生油含量为X_(2)(芝麻油在逐步回归分析中不相关剔除),经SAS逐步回归分析,建立了四种脂肪酸的数学回归分析预测模型:Y_(棕榈酸)=9.338+0.0191X_(1)+0.016X_(2),R^(2)=0.976;Y_(硬脂酸)=5.642+0.016X_(1)+0.019X_(2),R^(2)=0.996;Y_(油酸)=39.021+0.159X_(1)+0.054X_(2),R^(2)=0.997;Y_(亚油酸)=44.634+0.097X_(1)+0.1X_(2),R^(2)=0.993。 It was in order to explore the change rule of fatty acid content in vegetable oils under the multiple compounding proportion.In this study,soybean oil,peanut oil and sesame oil were used as materials to establish regression prediction models of four kinds of related fatty acids.The main results were as follows:(1)The content of palmitic acid and oleic acid decreased with the decrease of peanut oil proportion,and the content of stearic acid and linoleic acid increased gradually;(2)The following was the regression prediction model of four fatty acids:Y_(palmitic acid)=9.338+0.0191X_(1)+0.016X_(2),R^(2)=0.976;Y_(stearic acid)=5.642+0.016X_(1)+0.019X_(2),R^(2)=0.996;Y_(oleic acid)=39.021+0.159X_(1)+0.054X_(2),R^(2)=0.997;Y_(linoleic acid)=44.634+0.097X_(1)+0.1X_(2),R^(2)=0.993.
