摘要
中国大部分的红枣分选依靠人工或者物理原理进行分选,为提高分选的效率和精度,基于视觉检测设计一款红枣分选机,它主要由自动上料系统、传送及整形部件和图像处理及分选等部分组成,对其结构组成及硬件和软件设计分析介绍,上料系统采用普通输送带和折弯成型的波浪形PVC带组合的方式完成自动上料,输送装置采用双锥托辊,分级机构采用气动方式。采用DSP和ARM相结合的视觉处理对红枣进行分选控制,通过制作样机试验得到,该分选机的分选速度达到每颗0.5 s,分选正确率达到97%,试验表明该分选机可以达到红枣分选的要求,具有较高实用价值。
Most jujube sorting in China relies on manual or physical principles. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sorting, a jujube sorting machine based on visual inspection was designed. It mainly consisted of automatic feeding system, transmission and shaping parts, image processing and sorting, etc. Its structure, hardware and software design were analyzed and introduced. The feeding system adopted the combination of ordinary conveyor belt and bending forming wavy PVC belt to complete automatic feeding. The conveying device adopted double cone idler and the classifying mechanism adopts pneumatic method. The visual processing of DSP and ARM was used to separate the jujube. By making prototype experiment, the sorting speed of the sorting machine reached 0.5 s/jujube, and the sorting accuracy reached 97%. The experiment showed that the sorting machine could meet the requirements of jujube sorting and had high practical value.
