摘要
有机氯农药是一种化学性质稳定、不易降解的农药,可对环境造成持续性的污染,使得植物源食品面临较大的有机氯农药污染风险。综述近年来植物源食品中有机氯农药测定前处理方法的研究进展,以期为有机氯农药测定前处理方法发展提供参考。
Organochlorine pesticide is a kind of pesticide which is chemical stable and hard to degrade. This kind of pesticide can cause persistent pollution to the environment, which enable plant origin food faces high risk of organochlorine pesticide pollution. The recent progress in pre-treatment methods for determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in plant origin food was reviewed, to provide references for the development of pre-treatment methods for determination of organochlorine pesticides.
