高职院校食品类专业创新创业人才培养路径

Cultivation Path of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Food Majors in Higher Vocational College

摘要 我国转向高质量发展阶段,食品行业企业进入高质量发展,需要食品类专业创新创业型人才。通过调研把握新时代食品行业高质量发展需要食品类专业创新创业型人才的内涵规格,详细分析高职院校培养食品类专业创新创业型人才现状,提出构建"2311"高职院校食品类专业创新创业型人才培养模式,提高高职院校开展食品类专业创新创业型人才质量,服务食品行业企业转型升级。 China has turned to a stage of high-quality development, and food industry companies have also entered high-quality development, which needs innovative and entrepreneurial talents of food specialty. Through investigations, grasp the connotation specifications of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in food majors required for the high-quality development of the food industry in the new era, and analyze the current situation of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in food majors in higher vocational colleges. It is proposed to build a "2311" vocational college food specialty innovation and entrepreneurial talent training model, to improve the quality of the vocational colleges to carry out food specialty innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and to serve the transformation and upgrading of food industry enterprises.
