试剂空白污染对ICP-MS法测定食品中重金属含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过3个试验发现ICP-MS法测定食品中重金属同时存在全程空白有明显的检出问题,标准曲线零点cps值的问题及硝酸试剂的污染问题,为进一步提高样品测试结果准确度,需降低全程空白的结果。提出硝酸验收的重要性,并解决试剂空白问题。控制好试剂空白可有效提高重金属的检测质量。 Through three experiments,it is found that there are obvious detection problems in the whole blank of ICP-MS method for the determination of heavy metals in food,the CPS value of the zero point of the standard curve and the pollution of nitric acid reagent.In order to further improve the accuracy of the sample test results,it is necessary to reduce the results of the whole blank.The importance of nitric acid acceptance is put forward,and the problem of reagent blank is solved.Control of reagent blank can effectively improve the quality of heavy metal detection.
