摘要
明胶色泽是影响成品颜色均一性的关键因素。该试验在罗赛洛公司开发之方法的基础上,采用视觉比较法、紫外分光光度计、色差仪对明胶色泽进行检测,以制定能更准确判定明胶色泽的方法。结果显示,以标准白板为基准,样品与标准样在反射模式下进行色差测定,以DE值作比较,可比视觉法更好地量化区分样品色值范围,可将样品根据DE值大小进行色值排序。
The color of gelatin is the key factor affecting the color uniformity of finished products. Based on the method developed by rossello company, this experiment uses visual comparison method, ultraviolet spectrophotometer and color difference meter to detect the gelatin color, so as to develop a more accurate method to determine the gelatin color. The results show that the color difference between the sample and the standard sample can be determined in the reflection mode based on the standard whiteboard. Compared with the DE value, the color value range of the sample can be distinguished better than the visual method, and the color value of the sample can be sorted according to the DE value.
