Discussion on Intelligent Building Operation and Maintenance Management Platform

本文旨在通过对若干既有建筑的建筑运维管理(主要是建筑机电运维管理系统)情况进行调研,在实地走访、与管理人员座谈、调查问卷等方式总结的基础上,分析建筑运维管理问题和需求,探索以设计单位角度通过搭建智慧建筑运维管理平台并以此平台为工具贯穿建筑全生命周期,最终服务于建筑运维管理的思路,达到建设智慧运维的目标提供一定的参考.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems and demands of building operation and maintenance management based on the investigation of building operation and maintenance management(mainly building mechanical and electrical operation and maintenance management system)of some existing buildings and the summary of field visits,discussions with management personnel and questionnaires,From the perspective of design units,this paper explores the idea of building a smart building operation and maintenance management platform as a tool to run through the whole life cycle of the building,and ultimately serve the building operation and maintenance management,so as to provide some reference for achieving the goal of building smart operation and maintenance.
