欠发达地区公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴调查研究——以陕南地区公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴为例

Investigation and Research on Public Library’s Assistance to the Rural Cultural Revitalization in Underdeveloped Areas——A Case on Public Library’s Assistance to the Rural Cultural Revitalization in Southern Shaanxi

欠发达地区公共图书馆是助力乡村文化振兴的重要阵地。本文以陕南地区公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴为例,采用抽样调查、现场观察、访谈、文献研究、对比分析等方法,调查分析欠发达地区公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴的具体现状和存在的问题,提出充分发挥地方政府在公共图书馆参与乡村文化振兴的主导作用,建立"中心馆+总馆+分馆+服务点"的总分馆服务模式,加强乡镇分馆专业人才队伍建设,完善乡镇分馆服务管理,加强农家书屋数字化建设,深化开展面向农村居民的阅读推广等措施,以提高欠发达地区公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴的成效。

Public library in underdeveloped areas is an important position to promote rural cultural revitalization.Taking the public library in southern Shaanxi as an example,this paper uses the methods of sampling survey,on-the-spot observation,interview,literature research and comparative analysis to investigate and analyze the specific status quo and existing problems of the public library in underdeveloped areas,and puts forward that the local government should give full play to the leading role of the public library in the revitalization of rural culture,establish the general-branch library service mode of"central library+general library+branch library+service point",perfect the construction of professional talent team and the service management of township branch libraries,strengthen the digital construction of rural library,and deepen the reading promotion for rural residents,so as to improve the effectiveness of the public library in underdeveloped areas in promoting rural culture.
