摘要
铝型材挤压生产线中冷床系统的结构较为简单,电机选型等关键点往往被忽略。通过跟踪现场冷床系统中电机的使用情况,结合理论设计,对电机选型中参数选择给出合理建议。同时在结构设计中,通过优化电机布局结构来缩小轴的直径,从而达到降低成本的目的。
The structure of cooling bed system in aluminum extrusion production line is relatively simple,and the key points such as motor selection are often ignored.By tracking the use of the motor in the cooling bed system and combining with the theoretical design,reasonable suggestions are given for the selection of parameters in the motor selection.At the same time,in the structural design,through optimizing the motor layout structure to reduce the diameter of the shaft,so as to achieve the effect of reducing the cost.
