压力容器制造中的变形控制分析

摘要 随着工业化进程的不断推进,压力容器在企业生产过程中发挥的作用越来越大。压力容器具有耐高压、耐高温的特性,推动了企业的生产运行,带动了企业的经济增长。但是压力容器一旦出现变形,就会给企业的安全生产带来极大威胁。阐述对压力容器变形控制分析的意义、压力容器制造中变形的原因以及控制策略,希望对我国压力容器的生产工作提供一定的借鉴,从而提升压力容器的质量,为企业发展保驾护航。 With the continuous advancement of the industrialization process,pressure vessels play an increasingly important role in the production process of enterprise industry.The pressure vessel has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and high temperature resistance,so it promotes the production and operation of the enterprise and drives the economic growth of the enterprise.However,once the pressure vessel is deformed,it will pose a great threat to the safety of the enterprise.It mainly explains the significance of pressure vessel deformation control analysis,the causes of deformation in pressure vessel manufacturing and control strategies,hoping to provide a certain reference value for the production of pressure vessels in my country,so as to improve the quality of pressure vessels and escort the development of enterprises.
