摘要 信息技术与制造技术的不断更新发展,使得传统制造业发生了变革,智能制造已经成为国家制造业发展的主流方向,并已经升级为国家发展战略的重要内容之一。数字孪生技术在智能制造领域的应用,使得智能制造物理信息融合的难题得到有效的解决,也因此受到多个行业的广泛关注。数字孪生技术已经成为十大战略科技发展趋势之一,在智能制造领域应用,对行业发展起到重要的推动作用。基于数字孪生的基本内涵,探讨数字孪生在智能制造领域的具体应用,并对其在智能制造领域的发展趋势进行展望。 The continuous update and development of information technology and manufacturing technology has changed the traditional manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing has become the mainstream direction of the national manufacturing industry development,and has been upgraded to one of the important contents of the national development strategy.The application of digital twin technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing has effectively solved the problem of physical information integration of intelligent manufacturing,and therefore has attracted wide attention from many industries.Digital twin technology has become one of the top ten development trends of strategic technology,and its application in the field of intelligent manufacturing,for example,will play an important role in promoting the development of the industry.Based on the basic connotation of digital twin,this paper discusses the specific application of digital twin in intelligent manufacturing and discusses the trend of intelligent manufacturing.
