防爆变频器在煤矿应用中的关键技术

摘要 随着我国电子技术的飞速发展以及和科学技术的迭创新与进步,防爆变频器在我国众多领域中运用广泛,却在煤矿应用中存在着一些关键技术问题亟待解决。主要针对防爆变频器在煤矿应用中的电压等级问题、散热问题、电磁兼容性问题、逆变器转换效率问题展开详细论述,并针对上述问题有针对性地提出了防爆变频器的电路拓扑结构、优化控制策略,以供相关技术与研究人员提供一些借鉴与参考。 With the rapid development of electronic technology in our country and the continuous innovation and progress of science and technology,explosion-proof frequency converters are widely used in many fields in our country,but there are some key technical problems in coal mine applications that need to be solved urgently.It mainly focuses on the voltage level issues,heat dissipation issues,electromagnetic compatibility issues,and inverter conversion efficiency issues of explosion-proof inverters in coal mine applications.In response to the above problems,the circuit topology of explosion-proof inverters,Optimize the control strategy to provide some reference and reference for related technology and researchers.
