摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,各国对能源的需求也在逐渐增长,传统能源已经处于供不应求的状态,为了满足人们多样化的需求,我国开始开发新能源。风能属于清洁能源,能有效缓解环境污染的问题,使人与自然和谐相处。本文对风轮在风力发电机组的重要作用进行分析,明确风轮材料轮毂和叶片的属性,分别探究轮毂和叶片的优化设计模式。一方面要优化验证轮毂拓扑结构和减重结构、改进轮毂模型,另一方面要明确叶片常见的设计方法、确定设计参数、优化设计发电机组模型、构建叶片外形设计模型。这样能优化风力发电机组风轮的结构,提升应用效果。
With the continuous development of society and economy,the demand for energy in various countries is gradually increasing.Traditional energy is already in short supply.In order to meet the diverse needs of people,my country has begun to develop new energy.Wind energy is a clean energy source,which can effectively alleviate the problem of environmental pollution and ensure harmony between man and nature.This paper analyzes the important role of wind turbines in wind turbines,clarifies the properties of the wind turbine material hub and blades,and explores the optimal design modes of the hub and blades respectively.On the one hand,it is necessary to optimize and verify the hub topology and weight reduction structure,and to improve the hub model.On the other hand,it is necessary to clarify the common design methods of blades,determine the design parameters,optimize the design of the generator set model,and construct the blade shape design model.In this way,the structure of the wind wheel of the wind turbine generator can be optimized,and the application effect can be improved.
