摘要
某电厂300 MW机组化学除盐水泵在运行中出现异音和振动,应用振动诊断技术进行诊断分析并结合现场实际情况,准确判断引起设备异常的原因是由于除盐水泵驱动端轴承与支架连接螺栓松动,立即联系检修及时进行了有针对性的处理,避免了设备故障进一步扩大及更换轴承的过度检修,避免设备损坏及停运,同时缩短检修时间,节约了检修成本。
The chemical desalinated water pump of a 300 MW unit in a power plant has abnormal noise and vibration during operation.The vibration diagnosis technology is used for diagnosis and analysis and combined with the actual situation on the spot.It is accurately determined that the cause of the equipment abnormality is due to the connection of the drive end bearing of the desalted water pump to the bracket.If the bolts are loose,contact the maintenance immediately and carry out targeted treatment in time,avoiding the further expansion of equipment failure and excessive maintenance of replacing bearings,avoiding equipment damage and outage,and shortening the maintenance time and saving maintenance costs.
