涂布机刮刀改造节能技术应用分析

摘要 对传统涂布机气刀的应用进行分析可知,其产生的噪声非常大,能源消耗也较高,而且涂布损失也是较为明显的,因而要寻找新的替代方案。在科技发展速度持续加快之际,传统的旧涂布机气刀急需改造,使涂布机气刀的性能发生变化。以涂布机为改造核心。用刮刀代替原有的气刀,效果良好。文章以传统旧涂布机气刀的改造作为出发点,对改造要点、制造工艺等展开深入探析,同时对运行的实际效果予以详细阐述,以期使得应用效果能够有大幅提升。 By analyzing the application of air knife in traditional coater,it can be seen that the noise produced by air knife is very large,the energy consumption is high,and the coating loss is obvious,so we need to find a new alternative.With the rapid development of science and technology,the traditional air knife of old coater is in urgent need of transformation,which changes the performance of air knife of coater.Coating machine as the core of the transformation.Using scraper instead of air knife,the effect is good.In this paper,the transformation of the traditional old coater air knife as a starting point,the transformation points,manufacturing process and so on to carry out in-depth analysis,at the same time,the actual effect of the operation is described in detail,in order to make the application effect can be greatly improved.
