基于文献挖掘从肺论治银屑病证治规律研究

Study on Rule of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Psoriasis from Perspective of Lung Through Literature Mining

目的:通过文献挖掘探讨从肺论治银屑病的证治规律。方法:制定文献检索策略,根据文献纳入及排除标准,筛选出合格文献,建立数据库及数据预处理后,应用频次分析及关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法,得出银屑病从肺论治的证候及用药频次,以及证候与症状之间、药物之间的关联规则。结果:纳入合格文献47篇,共40个证型,82首方剂,经证候名称规范及整理合并,得出9个证候类型。按出现频次统计,排名前4的为肺经风热证、肺燥伤阴证、肺热壅盛证、风寒袭肺证,基本方药分别为银翘散、清燥救肺汤、清瘟败毒饮、麻黄汤。结论:从肺论治银屑病有文献证据支持,有临床实用价值,可以丰富银屑病的辨证论治方法,拓宽辨治思路。

Objective:To explore the rule of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of lung through literature mining. Methods: The literature retrieval strategy was developed, and qualified literatures were screened out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After the establishment of database and data preprocessing,data mining methods such as frequency analysis and association rule analysis were applied to obtain the syndrome and medication frequency of psoriasis treated from the perspective of lung,as well as the association rules between syndrome and symptoms, and those between syndrome and medicine. Results : A total of 47 qualified literatures, including40 syndrome types and 82 prescriptions were included. Nine syndrome types were obtained after the specification and consolidation of syndrome names. According to the statistics of occurrence frequency, the top four were the wind-heat syndrome of lung channel,syndrome of lung dryness damaging the yin,syndrome of lung heat obstruction and excess,and syndrome of wind-cold attacking the lung;the basic prescriptions were Yinqiao powder, Qingzao Jiufei tang, Qingwen Baidu yin and Mahuang tang. Conclusion:The treatment of psoriasis from the perspective of lung is supported by literature evidence and has clinical practical value, which can enrich the method of differentiating psoriasis and broaden the idea of treatment.
