浮针疗法联合补肾接骨汤治疗膝关节周围骨折临床研究

Clinical Study on Superficial Needling Therapy Combined with Bushen Jiegu Tang for Fractures Around Knee

目的:观察了浮针疗法联合补肾接骨汤运治疗膝关节周围骨折的临床疗效。方法:将膝关节周围骨折患者106例随机分为研究组与对照组各53例。2组均给予解剖钢板固定术治疗,研究组术后给予浮针疗法联合补肾接骨汤治疗,对照组术后给予活血止痛胶囊治疗。均连续治疗4周,评估2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、膝关节特种外科医院(HSS)量表评分、关节活动度(ROM)评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果:研究组总有效率为92.45%,对照组为79.25%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组HSS、ROM评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组HSS、ROM评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SF-36量表中生理机能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针疗法联合补肾接骨汤治疗膝关节周围骨折能提高临床疗效,促进膝关节能力康复,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of superficial needling therapy combined with Bushen Jiegu tang for fractures around the knee. Methods:A total of 106 cases of patients with fractures around the knee were randomly divided in the study group and the control group, 53 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with anatomical plate fixation.After operation,the study group was treated with superficial needling therapy combined with Bushen Jiegu tang,and the control group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong capsules. Both groups were continuously treated for four weeks. The clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups. Before and after treatment,scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),knee joint scale of Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS), range of motion of joint(ROM), and the 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36) were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 92.45% in the study group, and 79.25% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);scores of HSS and ROM in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of physical functioning,bodily pain,general health,social functioning,and role-emotional of SF-36 scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores above in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of fractures around the knee, the therapy of superficial needling therapy combined with Bushen Jiegu tang can enhance the clinical effect,relieve pain,and improve the function of knee joint and quality of life.
