物理隔离条件下非机动车间干扰特征及影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提升非机动车间的行驶安全性及道路通行效率,亟须探究非机动车间干扰的影响因素并提出规避措施。以成都市内两条物理隔离式非机动车道8 h视频共3 971条非机动车间干扰数据为基础,界定了7种非机动车间干扰类型,利用Z检验并构建多项式Logit模型,确定了影响各种非机动车间干扰的影响因素,据此提出相应的规避措施。结果表明,周期交通量、干扰发生地点、路边停车、行人过街、干扰发生时段、车辆类型、车辆载人情况、车辆载物情况对于非机动车间干扰产生具有不同程度的影响。在此基础上,从人-车-环境角度,提出道路重新规划、加强骑行人安全教育、增加道路设施、规范车辆出行4个方面的规避措施。 To enhance the safety of non-motorized vehicles traveling and road traffic capacity,it is urgent to investigate the influencing factors of interference among non-motorized vehicles and conceive corresponding avoidance measures. To this end,a total of 8 hours of video was collected from two physically isolated non-motorized vehicle lanes in the city of Chengdu, China.Based on 3 971 observations,we extracted a total of seven types of interference among non-motorized vehicles. The Z test was used to characterize five high frequent (accounting for above 95% of total interference among non-motorized vehicles) types of interference among non-motorized vehicles under the conditions of roadside parking,crossing pedestrian,and interference occurrence time. Furthermore,a multinomial Logit model of five high frequent types of interference among non-motorized vehicles was developed to determine their significant influencing factors.Within such model,the interference type among non-motorized vehicles was regarded as the response variable,while traffic environment (including traffic volume,interference occurrence position,and time) and vehicle condition (including non-motorized vehicle type,mobile phone use,helmet use,load status,and occupancy status) were treated as the independent variables. Afterward,according to the identified significant influence factors,the corresponding avoidance measures were proposed to reduce or eliminate the interference among non-motorized vehicles. The results show that traffic volume,interference occurrence position and time,roadside parking,crossing pedestrian,non-motorized vehicle type,load status,and occupancy status have varying impacts on the interference among non-motorized vehicles. Specifically,interference occurrence position and time and crossing pedestrian significantly impact four types of interference among non-motorized vehicles,while non-motorized vehicle type,load status,and occupancy status distinctly affect three types of interference among non-motorized vehicles. Moreover,each type of interference among non-motorized vehicles has at least three significant influence factors. From the perspective of the human-vehicle-environment,some avoidance measures are proposed,including widening non-motorized lanes,strengthening the safety education of riders,preventing pedestrians from abnormally crossing the street,adding traffic safety facilities,and normalizing non-motorized vehicles traveling.
