摘要
为保障通航隧洞的安全高效运营,提出了一种船舶跟驰安全间距计算方法。在分析通航隧洞船舶间距影响因素的基础上,首先应用交通流及跟驰理论建立通航隧洞船舶跟驰安全间距模型,研究通航隧洞内船舶不同状态下安全间距计算方法;然后,对通航隧洞不同位置船舶安全间距进行分区研究,提出通航隧洞船舶安全间距控制模式;最后,结合乌江二线思林枢纽通航隧洞的具体资料和数据开展案例研究,并将结果与现有乌江一线构皮滩通航隧洞船舶安全间距进行比较。结果表明,通航隧洞内船舶安全距离与船舶所处位置有关,并存在较大差异。在隧洞运营管理和调度中需考虑位置特点进行分区来控制前后船舶间的安全距离。
The given paper has proposed a calculation model for the safety distance between the mutually succeeding ships in the navigable tunnel in hoping to make sure their navigation safety.For the said purpose,we have analyzed the risk influential factors (RIFs) of the safety distance between or among the ships.The paper has also introduced the braking performance among the ships themselves,so as to deal with the special environment of the navigation tunnel,as well as the psychological and physiological factors of the crew members. And,next,we have managed to establish a model of the ships safety interpolated distance inside the different sections of the tunnels based on the ship navigation theory and their by-and-by tracing or following theory. At the same time,we have also worked out the calculation method for the safety distance of ships in different status-in-situ in the actual navigation tunnels. Moreover,seeing that the distinguished features of the sections of the tunnel are likely to lead to the various safety problems,we have presented a safety distance control mode and divided the navigable water areas in the tunnel into 5 sections,i. e.,the entrance transition section,the entrance section,the middle section,the exit section and the exit transition section. And,finally,the calculation model for the safety distance between the mutually following ships in the navigable tunnel has been worked out by taking advantages of the detailed information and data of the second navigation structure of Silin dam in Wujiang River. Besides,as compared with the safety distance of the first navigation structure of Goupitan dam,the results of our study demonstrate that the intership safety distances in the navigation tunnel ought to be closely related with the navigable water areas in the tunnel,whose safety distances in the different areas ought to vary greatly. And,for such a reason,in the process of the navigable tunnel operation and ship scheduling,it should take full consideration of managing the location with the particular features of the different ships in the tunnel,so as to control their safety distance rationally and reasonably in accordance with the different areas of the navigable waters so as to ensure the safety of their efficient successful navigation through the tunnel.
