基于修正A值法的吉林市城区控制区大气环境容量研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解吉林市城区的大气容量,以2018年吉林市气象数据和污染物质量浓度数据为基础,分别采用单箱模型法和保证达标率法对A值进行修正,同时对吉林市城区控制区内大气环境容量和低架源年允许排放总量进行估算。结果表明:单箱模型法修正A值为6.600,概率公式达标率保证法得到SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(10)和P_(M2.5)的A值分别为5.600、5.600、5.665、5.777;单箱模型法修正A值日分布呈单峰分布,月变化无明显规律;两种方法修正A值得到的大气环境容量Q_(a)和低架源年允许排放总量限值Q_(b)有一定差异。研究可为控制吉林市大气污染物排放总量和产业结构优化与调整提供依据。 To obtain the atmospheric environmental capacity of Jilin City urban area,this paper modified the A-value by the single-box model method and standard compliance rate method.Based on the meteorological data and air pollutant mass concentrations data of Jilin City in 2018,the air environmental capacity and total allowable emission from low point sources of Jilin urban area were estimated by using the modified A-value. The research results show that the daily mass concentration of pollutants approximately follows a lognormal distribution,which can be modified by the probabilistic formula method. The A-value amended by the single box model method is 6. 600 while the A-values for SO_(2),NO_(2),PM_(10) and PM_(2. 5) amended by the standard compliance rate method are 5. 600,5. 600,5. 665,and 5. 777,respectively. The A-values obtained by different methods have large deviations,which indicates several methods should be applied to mutually confirm and analyze. The daily variation of A-value modified by the single box model method presents a single peak distribution in which the A-value reaches its maximum at 13: 00 and is very low in the night. But the daily variation of the pollutant mass concentration has the opposite trend. The results indicate that the increase of the A-value is conducive to the mixed diffusion of pollutants;the monthly A-value modified by the single box model method varies irregularly. In general,the atmospheric environmental capacity in spring is higher than in winter,indicating that the monthly change of pollutant mass concentration depends on not only A-value but also other factors such as pollutant emissions and wind speed. There is a certain deviation between the estimated results (i. e. the atmospheric environmental capacity Q_(a) and the annual allowable emissions from low point sources Q_(b)) using the A-values obtained by the two methods,which means further research is still needed. In conclusion,this research can provide a scientific basis for the control of the total amount of air pollutant emissions and the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in Jilin City to some extent.
