二烯丙基三硫化物抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

摘要 二烯丙基三硫化物(diallyl trisulfide,DATS)是大蒜素的主要分解产物和活性成分之一。研究发现DATS具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗氧化应激及参与炎症反应调节等多种生物学效应。DATS能够通过多种途径抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移,其作用机制包括细胞周期阻滞、诱导细胞凋亡、调节氧化应激及参与肿瘤免疫等。本文就近年来国内外研究DATS抗肿瘤效应的文献进行回顾和综述。 Diallyl trisulfide(DATS)is one of the main decomposition products and active components of allicin.DATS has several biological effects,such as anti-tumor,bacteriostasis,anti-oxidative stress and involved in the regulation of inflammatory response.DATS can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration of tumor cells through several mechanisms,including cell cycle arrest,apoptosis induction,oxidative stress and tumor immunity regulation.The literatures about the antitumor effect of DATS at home and abroad were reviewed in this paper.
