方波工况下PMSM单电流调节器控制策略的研究 被引量:1

摘要 轨道交通领域中的永磁同步电机PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor)在高速区通常运行在方波工况,电机电压幅值达到最大值时失去调节能力,仅有电压矢量角可供调节,导致传统的基于双电流环的控制策略失效。通过对方波工况下转矩与电压相角、d轴和q轴电压以及电流与电压相角、d轴和q轴电压关系的推导,可得方波工况下有6种不同的单电流环控制策略,目前应用于方波工况下的单电流环控制策略属于这6种控制策略之一。通过建立小信号模型,对这6种控制策略的稳态性能以及动态性能进行分析比较。最后通过仿真以及实验研究证明了理论分析的正确性。 In the high-speed area,permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)used in the rail transit field are usually operated under the condition of square wave.At this time,the voltage amplitude of the motor reaches its maximum value,the adjustment capability is lost,and only the voltage vector angle can be adjusted,which leads to the failure of the traditional control strategy based on dual-current loop.In this paper,the relationships between torque and voltage phase angle,d-and q-axis voltages,current and voltage phase angle,and d-and q-axis voltages under the condition of square wave are derived.On this basis,it is inferred that there should be six different single-current loop control strategies,and the single-current loop control strategies which are currently used under the condition of square wave all belong to one of these six control strategies.By establishing a small-signal model,the steady-state and dynamic performances under these six control strategies are analyzed and compared.Finally,simulation and experimental results verified the theoretical analysis.
