高速动车组轮径差与牵引电机功率及温升耦合性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对高速动车组不同轮对间的轮径差引起牵引电机实际发挥功率不一致并由此产生牵引电机温升显著差异的问题,设计了一种采用车控方式的牵引电机"轮径差-功率温升"分析方法,对高速动车组运用过程中牵引电机报温度高等问题进行有效规避。该方法可以准确评估出由于不同轮径差带来的牵引电机发挥功率差异和温升差异的结果。同时,针对不同轮径差搭建滚动台,试验结果与仿真吻合,验证了该"轮径差-功率温升"分析方法的准确性和可信性,为动车组检修运用规程优化和轮对镟修标准评估方法提供了一种新思路。 Aimed at the problem that the difference of wheel diameter between different wheelsets of a high-speed EMU will cause diversity in the actual power from the traction motor,which leads to the significant difference in the temperature rise of the tractor motor,an analysis method of wheel diameter difference-power temperature rise for the tractor motor in vehicle-control mode was designed,thus effectively avoiding the problem of high temperature of the traction motor in the operation process of the high-speed EMU.This method can accurately evaluate the results of power and temperature rise differences in the traction motor caused by different wheel diameter differences.Meanwhile,a rolling table was built for different wheel diameter differences,and the test results were consistent with simulations,indicating the accuracy and credibility of the proposed wheel diameter difference-power temperature rise method.The research provides a new idea for the optimization of EMU maintenance and the standard evaluation method for wheelset spin repair.
