摘要
本文从政策方面梳理了我国能源行业二十年来的发展进程,分析了我国能源行业清洁低碳发展的现状,并针对能源行业发展需求和资源约束、能源结构和绿色发展的两个矛盾,从能源结构调整和清洁煤电技术发展两个方面提出了能源行业清洁绿色发展建议。
This paper summarized the policy development of Chinese energy industry over the last 20 years.Based on the analysis of the clean and low-carbon development status,considering the two contradictions of development and resources,energy structure and green development,this paper provides the green development suggestion from the aspect of energy structure adjustment and clean coal power technology.
