火试金法测定卡尔多炉渣中金、银含量

摘要 建立了卡尔多炉渣中金、银含量的测定方法。通过合适的配料,能够除去其中Cu、Bi、Sb、Se、S、As、Te等大量的杂质元素,使残留量对测定无干扰。同时合适的控制灰吹过程能够得到表面光滑圆润的合粒。通过加标回收率试验可得金的回收率为99.9%,银的回收率为96.1%,以此评定火试金法测定卡尔多炉渣中金银含量的方法是可靠的。同时通过对样品精密度的分析测定数据得出,金的相对标准偏差在1.11%~2.61%之间,银的相对标准偏差在0.67%~1.13%之间,由此可以认定火试金法测定卡尔多炉渣中的金银是可靠性、稳定的。 A method for the determination of gold and silver in Caldo slag was established.By proper mixing,a large number of impurity elements such as Cu,Bi,Sb,Se,S,As and Te can be removed,so that the residual amount has no interference to the determination.At the same time,the smooth and round surface can be obtained by properly controlling the ash blowing process.The recovery rate of gold and silver is 99.9%and 96.1%respectively by standard addition recovery test.The method of fire assay for determination of gold and silver in Caldo slag is reliable.At the same time,the RSD of gold is between 1.11%and 2.61%and the RSD of silver is between 0.67%and 1.13%.It can be concluded that the fire assay method for determination of gold and silver in Caldo slag is reliable and stable.
