摘要
结合当前成熟的工艺技术,对千万吨级煤炭分质利用制芳烃的产品路线进行了初步规划,分析了该生产路线的碳流向和碳利用情况。通过分析计算可知,煤炭分质利用制芳烃过程中,原煤中有超过1/3的碳元素进入了产品,碳利用率接近36%,相较于主要现代煤化工生产过程,具有更高的碳利用率;碳排放强度为1.8 tCO_(2)/tce,单位产品CO_(2)排放量为3.7 tCO_(2)/t。煤炭分质利用制芳烃过程流失碳基本上全部是以高浓度CO_(2)气和工业烟气形式排放,而其中1/3以上的碳排放是由于氢气需求而产生,绿色能源及绿氢的推广应用有助于进一步提高煤炭分质利用制芳烃生产过程的碳利用水平。
Combined with the current mature technology,a preliminary planning for the production route of aromatics from 10 million tons of coal staged utilization was designed,and the carbon flow direction and carbon utilization of this route were analyzed.It was learned through analysis and calculation that about 1/3 of carbon from the raw coal entered the product,the carbon utilization rate was about 36%,which was higher than other modern coal chemical production processes.In terms of conversion per unit of coal,the CO_(2) emission intensity of coal staged utilization to aromatics was about 1.8 tCO_(2)/tce.In terms of production per unit products,the carbon emission intensity is 3.7 tCO_(2)/t.The loss of carbon in the process of producing aromatics from coal staged utilization was basically in the form of high concentration CO_(2) gas and industrial flue gas,and more than 1/3 of the carbon emission was due to the demand for hydrogen.The popularization and application of green energy and green hydrogen will help to further improve the carbon utilization level in the process of producing aromatics from coal staged utilization.
