摘要
石油化工装置中真空系统应用广泛,文章总结了工程设计过程中真空泵抽气速率和液封高度的计算方法。合理设置液封是真空机组正常运行的保证,根据工程案例提出了真空泵液封工艺设计方案和注意事项。
The vacuum system in petrochemical plant is widely used.The article summarizes the conventional calculation methods of vacuum pump and liquid seal height in the engineering design process.The reasonable liquid seal is the guarantee for the normal operation of the vacuum system,according to the engineering case,the design scheme and precautions of the vacuum pump liquid sealing process are proposed.
