摘要
传统“科教分开”的教学方法把教学与科研截然分开,使理论和实验,实际应用分开。导致所学理论找不到用武之地,造成“毕业即失业,或毕业即改行”的被动局面。《无机功能材料》是一门理论和实践性很强的学课。不但理论知识深入,而且属于多学科交叉,因此要进行教学的创新。本论文提出三项教学创新和两项考核改革措施。教学创新包括:(1)以应用为导向,以掺杂为手段,以性能为切入口。(2)以机理为起点,引导功能材料的设计制备,性能诱导工艺及器件合成。(3)融合物理化学,材料,表征技术,工业设计,器件制备及实际应用等多学科知识,形成多方位综合性应用成果。课程考核改革遵循1量才而定,不必千篇一律。把考核过程作为学生运用知识创新创业就业的孵化器,培养不拘一格的新材料行业人才。
The traditional teaching method of"separation of science and education"separates teaching from scientific research and separates theory from experiment and practical application.As a result,the theory learned can't be used properly,resulting in a passive situation of"graduation is unemployment,or graduation is changing career"."Inorganic Functional Materials"is a course full of theoretical and practical requirements.Not only the theoretical knowledge is deep,but it is also a multidisciplinary cross,so it is necessary to carry out teaching innovation.This thesis proposed three teaching innovations and two assessment reform measures.Teaching innovation includes(1)application-oriented,doping as a means,and performance as an entry point.(2)Take the mechanism as the starting point to guide the design and preparation of functional materials,performance induction technology and device synthesis.(3)combination of physical chemistry,materials,characterization technology,industrial design,device preparation and practical application and other multidisciplinary knowledge to form a multi-directional comprehensive application results.Curriculum assessment reform is determined by the amount of talents,and does not need to be the same.Regarding the assessment process as an incubator for students to use knowledge to innovate and start a career,cultivate eclectic talents in the new materials industry.
