钽薄板脉冲激光焊焊接工艺研究

摘要 针对厚度为0.5mm的钽薄板采用脉冲激光焊的方法进行工艺研究,采取正交试验的方法分析了工件对接接头激光焊接的工艺参数对熔深和熔宽的影响。研究结果表明:熔深和熔宽随着激光功率的增加同时增大,且熔深的增加幅度明显高于熔宽;当功率达到1100W时焊缝完全熔透;随着焊接速度的增加,焊缝的熔深相应减小,熔深尺寸与焊接速度几乎成反比;当焊接的速度大于8mm/s时,熔深下降的速度明显增大;脉冲宽度和频率是影响焊接质量的重要因素,连续焊接情况下的热影响区大约是使用脉冲时的两倍。拉伸试验结果表明,焊接接头具有良好的塑性,拉伸断裂部位在热影响区,焊接接头的抗拉强度几乎与母材相同,焊接质量满足工艺要求。最佳焊接工艺参数为功率1200W、离焦量0、焊枪倾斜角度15°、脉宽25ms、频率20Hz,焊接方式为脉冲焊,保护气体为氩气,气体流量10L/min。 In this paper,the process of pulse laser welding is used for the tantalum sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm.The influence of laser welding parameters on weld depth and weld width of butt joint is analyzed by orthogonal test.The results show that the depth and width increase with the increase of laser power,and the increase of melting depth is higher than that of melting width.When the power reaches 1100W,the weld is completely penetrated.With the increase of welding speed,the weld penetration depth decreases correspondingly.When the welding speed is greater than 8mm/s,the rate of penetration depth decrease increases obviously.It shows that pulse width and frequency are important factors affecting welding quality.The tensile test results show that the fracture site is in the heat-affected area and the tensile strength of the joint is as same as that of the base metal.The joint has good plasticity and the welding quality meets the technological requirements.The optimal welding process parameters are power 1200W,defocusing capacity 0,gun tilt Angle 15°,pulse width 25ms,frequency 20Hz,the welding method is pulse welding,shielding gas argon,gas flow rate 10L/min.
