面向连续冷轧的激光-电弧复合焊缝余高预测模型及参数优化

Prediction and Parameter Optimization for Reinforcements of Laser-arc Hybrid Weld Used in Cold Rolling of Stainless Steel

摘要 为了有效控制全连续冷轧焊缝余高,保障轧辊寿命并提高轧制质量,基于响应曲面法研究了工艺参数对AISI420不锈钢激光-电弧复合焊缝顶部余高(Rt)、底部余高(Rb)、余高占母材比例(Rp)的影响规律,发现Rb主要受到激光功率和焊接速度影响,Rt和Rp主要受到焊接速度和送丝速度的影响。在此基础上,基于最小二乘法建立了Rt、Rb、Rp与工艺参数的二次回归模型,对应拟合度分别为0.928、0.893、0.965。随机选取的5组验证参数表明余高预测值和实际值吻合良好,证明了所建模型的准确性。基于焊接速度、顶部余高、余高占比等多目标要求,优化了工艺参数,得到了给定条件下的优化范围解,对工业现场参数选取具有重要意义。 In order to control the weld reinforcement for guaranteeing roller life and increasing rolling quality during continuous cold rolling,the effects of welding parameters on top reinforcement(Rt),bottom reinforcement(Rb),and the thickness ratio of total reinforcement to base metal(Rp)of laser-arc hybrid weld was studied in terms of response surface method.It was found that Rbdepends on the laser power and welding speed,while Rtand Rpare determined by welding speed and wire feeding rate.The quadratic regression models of Rt,Rband Rp were established by the least square method,the fitting degrees of which are 0.928,0.893and 0.965,respectively.5parameter groups were selected and carried out to verify the models.The experimental data of weld reinforcement well agreed with the predicted results,demonstrating the accuracy of the models.The welding parameters were obtained according to the multi-objective optimization on the basis of welding speed,Rt,Rb,etc.,which is significant for parameter selection in industrial applications.
