骨骼肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的分子生物学机制 被引量:1

摘要 骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤是常见的由离断肢体再植、挤压伤、未及时松解止血带等原因导致的一系列病生理过程。从局部组织细胞的纤维化开始,到挛缩、进而肢体发生不可逆坏死,甚至累及其他组织器官,给全身各系统带来严重并发症甚至危害生命。本文对国内外骨骼肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤有关分子生物学机制研究进展进行分析、总结,旨在可以对进一步研究和临床工作提供创新性思考和方法。
